Hibajj Terms & Conditions — fully in Bengali

Welcome to hibajj. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hibajj platform and all associated services. By registering on hibajj or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali so that all users in Bangladesh can easily understand them. hibajj believes transparency is the foundation of trust — there are no hidden conditions here. Everything is stated directly and clearly.

Hibajj reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes via your registered email or through the platform. Continuing to use the platform after such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with hibajj's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, as they form part of a single integrated agreement.

To open an account on hibajj, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and your own.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where using hibajj's services is legally permitted.

KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to make withdrawals on hibajj. The following documents must be submitted:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Utility bill or bank statement as proof of address
• Proof of payment method ownership (where applicable)

Hibajj reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests until KYC verification is complete. The verification process is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Determining Bet Outcomes

Each bet outcome is determined based on the official result of the relevant sports governing body. hibajj typically credits winnings to your account within 1–5 minutes of the result being announced.

• Bets placed before a match begins are valid. Bets placed after kick-off will be governed by live betting rules.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a score or result, hibajj's decision shall be considered final.
• Hibajj reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

Maximum Bet & Payout Limits

Hibajj sets a maximum bet and payout limit for each event. These limits vary by market and event, and are clearly displayed on the betting page. In exceptional circumstances, hibajj may adjust these limits without prior notice.

All financial transactions on hibajj are secure, fast, and transparent. We support all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Deposits are usually credited instantly or within a maximum of 5 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
• Mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the validity period expires.
• The same person, household, IP address, or device may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and may only be used for betting.
• Hibajj reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To receive this bonus, a deposit above a specified amount is required, and the wagering requirements must be met within a set timeframe after the bonus is activated. See the promotions page for full details.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting
• Betting using match-fixing schemes or insider information
• Betting using automated bots or software
• Money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to hibajj systems
• Operating an account under a false identity

Hibajj reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and report it to the relevant authorities if necessary. Legal action may be taken in cases of unlawful conduct.

Hibajj treats the security of your personal information as its highest priority. Information collected at registration is used solely for account management, identity verification, and service improvement.

• Your personal information will never be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.

Hibajj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms and Conditions violation
• If registration is completed using false or incomplete information
• If KYC verification is not completed or fraudulent documents are submitted
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• For legal or regulatory reasons

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support. If a verified balance exists at the time of closure, a withdrawal will be offered — however, balances may be forfeited in cases of Terms violations.

Hibajj always strives to ensure the reliability of its platform. However, hibajj is not liable for the following:

• Missed bets due to internet disconnection
• Issues with the user's own device or software
• Unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence
• Delays or errors from third-party payment providers
• Unforeseen technical disruptions or force majeure events

Any dispute or complaint must be reported to support within 30 days. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

Hibajj reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via email or platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.
